From translator selection to final delivery, every step of our workflow is designed around one goal: uncompromising quality. Here is how we make sure of it.
Specialized Mother-Tongue Translators
Oriental Translations applies very strict criteria in the selection of its translators and refers only to mother-tongue translators specialized in the sector to which the text belongs.
Our professional translators translate exclusively into their mother tongue, except in the case of some rare languages.
Professionalism
To make the translation work even more efficient, Oriental Translations collaborators use the most common CAT Tools on the market for big projects. Our translators fulfil their professional duties with diligence and comply with the procedures, working terms and other conditions agreed upon.
Punctuality
Oriental Translations delivers its translations quickly and on time.
We are also able to provide urgent translations if required; in this case, an extra price is agreed with the client in advance.
Double Check
Each project is assigned to a Project Manager who is responsible for the timing and for the relationship with both the translator and the customer.
Before final delivery, every translated work is checked a second time for spelling, grammar, punctuation and consistency.
Review by a Second or Third Translator
In sensitive sectors such as legal documents, financial statements and contracts, an additional quality control step is appropriate. On the specific request of the customer, Oriental Translations also offers the revision of the translated text by a second or even a third specialist translator.
Confidentiality
The texts and documents to be translated, and the personal data of our customers, are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Material provided to Oriental Translations for translation, typesetting or other work is never shown or disclosed to any third party without the customer's written consent, except to authorized employees or suppliers working directly on those documents.
